they took very long to contact me. The only way to get an interview is through reference. Which i did. But the process was not great. I have tried previously to apply as well. They have too many rounds, and make it feel like a complicated exam.

Organised , 2-3 rounds , more about media experience and more follow-up questions … last few minutes for questions to hiring manager … confident answer in STAR method is best way to proceed
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
