Less than two months between the start of interviews and the final offer. They were flexible about interview dates. Pleasant interviewers who were genuinely interested in the candidate. The questions were as expected, with the aim being to talk about one's professional experiences, quantifying them as much as possible.

Organised , 2-3 rounds , more about media experience and more follow-up questions … last few minutes for questions to hiring manager … confident answer in STAR method is best way to proceed
