Google Produktmanager interview questions

3 stage interview process with increasingly hard questions with fellow PMs from Google. Kind and intelligent people. I trained with online companies that offer dedicated courses on the 4-5 different areas that Google is checking. Don't forget the team matching stage at the end, it can also include interesting questions.

I had 2 interviews, one with the team lead I was supposed to report to and the second with another with whom I would collaborate. Each interview lasted 30 min and it was very chill and friendly. They asked questions about my past experience in more detail, and then situational questions to assess my technical and soft skills. Nothing extra special.
