Google Technical Program Manager interview questions

Only 2 interviews: Interview 1: STAR-based questions, coding (leetcode medium) Interview 2: Team matching, more STAR-based questions, delivering product timelines, prioritization, culture-fit This interview was much more casual. I talk about my personal experiences, the manager shares his/her culture with the team.

First was a telephonic interview for an hour. The questions are mostly behavioral and managerial questions. Then I got invited for an onsite interview. 2 interview in the morning, then lunch with lunch buddy, then 3 more interviews in the afternoon.
