A recruiter contacted me months after I submitted an application to say that I would be given a phone technical interview. This interview question was incredibly easy, and I was placed in the host-matching process for weeks. I had one interview but was not given an offer, but the entire process was extremely drawn out and disappointing.

Applied through an Employee referral and got an email from the recruiter indicating a phone interview by a TPM. I got a call back the next day regarding an onsite interview.
4 onsite interviews (2 technical and 2 non-technical). Standard PM related questions and system design questions for technical. Currently waiting to hear back about the decision.

Took a month to get a call back since the day I applied online at Google job site. First phone interview , very easy . easy going interviewer , he tried to make you feel comfortable, One hour duration. Asked what my background was and what I am currently doing.
