Google Technical Program Manager interview questions

Applied through an Employee referral and got an email from the recruiter indicating a phone interview by a TPM. I got a call back the next day regarding an onsite interview. 4 onsite interviews (2 technical and 2 non-technical). Standard PM related questions and system design questions for technical. Currently waiting to hear back about the decision.

Took a month to get a call back since the day I applied online at Google job site. First phone interview , very easy . easy going interviewer , he tried to make you feel comfortable, One hour duration. Asked what my background was and what I am currently doing.
