I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Google (New York, NY) in Aug 2023
Interview
It was actually pretty simple as a contractor. Was referred and had 3 rounds of interviews before an offer. Spoke to a recruiter and two team members and had an offer within a week. Really smooth and efficient process.

Question 1
If you were giving several tasks with varying due dates and limited information, how would you go about scheduling them?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Google (Sunnyvale, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Overall a good experience, managers depending on their level were asking reasonable questions and helping guide the interviewee. Questions were also relevant. I had 5 interviews, 2 technical and 3 program based. Unfortunately I got stuck at the team matching phase when there was a hiring freeze due to the recession affecting tech in 2022, then layoffs started.

Question 1
Explain a time when you influenced without authority?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Google (Taipeh) in Aug 2023
Interview
HR will have a small chat with you to understand if you fit this position, but I'll say that mostly it depends on yourself, your judgement is more precise than HR, cuz you're the one in the industry and doing the job. Then hiring manager or one of your future colleage will have an online interview to understand your tech background and ask some behavioral questions. The process are as expected as most tutorial taught.
