Google Technical Program Manager interview questions

Multiple interviews which aim to evaluate different topics and a long interview process. It also requires a lot preparation. Majority of the interviewers were very but one of them has lacked to carry out the interview in an open-minded manner ( I believe she was lacking perspective and opinionated about the skillset of the candidates)

It was a very smooth process. It consisted of an initial Recruiter screening. Followed by 3 interviews. Behavioral, Technical, and case study. Interviews were your standard, "tell me about a time when...". Great communication throughout. Unfortunately, I didnt accept the offer.
