Easy interview with manager, went through a serious of questions and went over my experience of previous jobs. Made to feel at ease. Went over hours and job role which id applied for
Engaging and interactive, having opportunity to engage with managers and customers at the same time. Actual sit down interviews were fairly brief/in groups with opportunity to shadow during business hours.
"The interview process went smoothly and I felt confident in my answers. I made sure to mention my customer service experience and I felt I connected well with both the interviewers and the other candidates in the group."
Asked general questions about the company, what I liked etc. Also asked when I worked in a team/examples of previous times I showed teamwork. Make sure to do research on company!
