Interview
Friendly and informal interview, took place in the staff break room with the manager and lasted about 30 minutes. They’re definitely used to interviewing high schoolers doing this stuff for the first time for a summer job.
Engaging and interactive, having opportunity to engage with managers and customers at the same time. Actual sit down interviews were fairly brief/in groups with opportunity to shadow during business hours.

Asked general questions about the company, what I liked etc. Also asked when I worked in a team/examples of previous times I showed teamwork. Make sure to do research on company!
