4-step interview process. The first interview was with hr representative. The second interview was with the local expansion manager and the hr representative. The third interview was with the regional expansion manager and the regional legal counsel. The forth interview was with the global expansion manager and the group chief legal counsel.

First interview with HR was a bit rocky. I don’t think they were used to recruiting lawyers and lacked an understanding of what lawyers do.
Team and manager interviews were amazing - great mix of professional and personal.

Interview
One of the most unique interviews I have ever attended. They try to understand the applicant's personality more than whether or not they're fit for their job. It was a very good approach towards selections.
