I applied for the position online and within a week I received a phone call. I first went through a quick phone interview with the store manager. Next, I was asked to come in for a interview. And then the day after next, I received another phone call from one of the department managers to come in for a 2nd interview the next day. When, I went in for the 2nd interview I was just asked 2 questions & then I was offered the job.

I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

Interview
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
