Phone interview followed by a group interview in a store. Phone interview was very straight forward, classic questions. Group interview was fun with different tasks for them to see how you work in a group, how you handle different scenarios etc. Overall very professional and straight forward.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
