Interview
1st interview was over the phone, 2nd interview was group interview and background check, 3rd interview is group activities that vary upon the day. For the most part the interview process is kind of fun. I applied on a Monday and was called on Thursday for an interview on Thursday . Than I was called on the following Monday or my next interview that Thursday. Now I'm just waiting for my call back for the job offer. They say their waiting for the background checks and to speak to the store manager

Interview
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.

Style a customer who came in looking for an outfit for a job interview, their personal style is 'streetwear'
It was a group interview, about 8 of us. We had to basically work together on different scenarios and answer the questions the manager asked us. She also put us on the spot and individually asked us questions. I got 'who inspires you the most.'
