I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (Toronto, ON)
Interview
It was a very easy process, I applied online and a week and a half later I got a call asking if I could do a quick 10 minute phone interview. After that I was asked to go in for a one-on-one interview in store witch took between 15 and 20 minutes. After my second interview I was called 45 minutes after and was asked to come in for my third interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Phone Interview:
I was asked standard questions like "Why H&M", "What do you like about the company", "What are your strengths", "Are you good with multitasking", "Why are you leaving your current job" then I was asked what is my availability and simple questions like that.
One-On-One Interview:
My second interview was amazing, very easy, fast and wasn't anything to be nervous about. It was very easy going, they asked me questions where they put me in a scenerio and asked me how I would deal with it. Nothing that you can rehearse but nothing that you have to over think about. The main question was "What do you know about H&M?" Make sure you do your research about this because it is very important.

I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Dundalk) in Mar 2026
Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
