I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at H&M
Interview
The process was very well organised. I had an HR screening interview, one interview with the hiring manager and HR, and I then had the case-study presentation and Q&A talk with the hiring manager and one of their peers who covered the position in the past.
All the talks were pragmatic, very well focussed on the skills of the role, and the atmosphere has always been friendly and made me feel comfortable.
I lately have been doing several application processes with other companies, and H&M has been the only one that was so spot on in discussing the exact skills and experience needed for the role, without any irrelevant questions or out-of-scope. I particularly appreciated that the case study was really tailored to the job, so that I could get a feeling of how it would be: the Q&A session was on that one, with some questions to go a bit deeper into the topic.
They also took time to explain the reasons why they did not offer the job to me and answered my questions.
I had the most positive candidate experience in my life with H&M! I felt I had been treated 100% respectfully and in the fairest way!
