H&M Sales Associate interview questions

Not hard at all. Just want to know that one is adaptable, nice, friendly. They are big customer service. Your manager will either make or break your experience. Honestly, regular retail service questions.

I was applying for h&m home. The interview was a bit hard (or I was just not so well prepared). They really asked questions like "what are your strengths and weaknesses" and to tell about yourself. after 15 quite long minutes, the interview was taken to the floor, where you actually had to interact with customers. they gave you a scenario, and you had to help the customer to find the right object for their home and convince them about it. It was a bit odd as I've never had an interview like this
