HCLTech Graduate Trainee Engineer interview questions

The interview process was disappointing for freshers. After my introduction, the interviewer directly asked about Selenium Testing experience. As a fresher, I expected questions about basics or learning attitude, not prior experience. The process felt unfair and discouraging.

I couldn’t clear the first coding round, but it turned out to be a valuable learning experience. I realized the areas I need to strengthen, especially in problem-solving and logic, and I’m now preparing more effectively for future opportunities.
