HCLTech QA interview questions

Got a call for interview from consultancy, after that a confirmation mail from HCl, still when we reach the venue these ppl say the requirement is only for 5+. How can u mess up like this, just consider the amount of pain candidates have to through. You guys keep them staring in Q for hours and then u realise the requirements are more 5+. Take up your job seriously HR guys.
