HCLTech Technical Lead interview questions

There were 3 rounds of interviews. and all was technical. they asked scenario-based question. and design pattern questions. they take the practical also. Mostly they asked project related questions and architecture questions..

Easy to medium process, only issue is they will take huge time to confirm the job. In my scenario, after HR round they took 1 month to confirm. In between they kept my profile in hold status
