I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HUGO BOSS (Indianapolis, IN) in Dec 2014
Interview
Very honest and knew what they were looking for. Great company. One of the best companies to work for. Management will always assist as long as you keep them informed. Management and corporate takes great care of their employees. Dress in your best suit and tie. Be prepared for every question and know the company. Know your numbers and be confident.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself going with this company?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HUGO BOSS
Interview
Interview process initially consisted with a 30 minute chat with recruitment rep. Straight forward questions surrounding experience and kpi's. Was then asked to attend a interview with AM researching the company and completing a intense SWOT of the store.
AM interview concentrating on past experiences, store results and outcomes. More questions on KPI and 'what would you do in this situation' type questions. No SWOT prep was asked of.
Overall I thought quite a poor experience interviewing with Boss. Communication between Recruiter and AM was clearly v poor, no questions on the prepared SWOT was asked during interview which was infuriating. Feedback from company which was promised in 'a few days' also took two weeks.
Interview steps is a 4 parter before being offered job/told of salary and benefits

Meet the area manger, he asks you the most basic questions. You realise he wants you to be impressed by his career, failing to mention his stint in Dubai and Australia which were memorable for the wrong reasons.
