Interview
I applied online and received a phone call a few hours later. They conducted a very quick phone screening interview then scheduled an in-person interview. It was supposed to be a group interview with other applicants but I ended up being the only applicant there. The assistant manager that interviewed me was very friendly and bubbly. It was quite laid back (not an office interview). Very standard "cliche" customer service interview questions. Took about 25mins. I was offered the position at the end of the interview.

Interview
It was a questionnaire first which was multiple choice. Following this, I completed a formal interview, where I was asked several questions about a past experience and how I would respond if certain situations arose.
