I applied in person and a few weeks later (maybe 2-3), I got a call inviting me for an interview. They had 1 main manager and 2 assistant managers. I got to do my interview with the main manager. Interview was 1hr long and a bit difficult in my opinion especially since it was for a simple customer service representative.

They asked many things about school and past experiences mainly rather than focusing on "What ifs" situations.

Applied online with resume and cover letter. Basic interview regarding customer service over the phone and then a relaxed interview in person going over customer service questions, challenges, time management etc

Interview
Pretty easy questions; Took a total of 20 mins and the interview was very polite and laid back. Later on there was a group session where we all hired and this is when the training began. The training was very thorough and helpful. The workplace environment is also very friendly and this encourages me to go to work.
