I applied through other source. I interviewed at Honeywell
Interview
Not a big deal to crack down. No challenging questions asked on skills sets. Poor interviewers which were poor in English and sometimes even difficult to understand their questions.
I think this is enough said to get an idea about the quality of this org.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Honeywell
Interview
There was a phone screening and then an invitation to interview onsite. The onsite interview is called Fantastic Friday and there are three sessions, so it is pretty competitive. It is very important that you are willing to travel and will commit to working for the company for 5-7 years. The first two years are training in Des Plains, IL and the remaining 5 years are spent traveling to sites. Two 30 minute interviews with two engineers each or one HR person. Asked behavioral questions.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Honeywell
Interview
Interview was fairly easy. Only one interview. The hiring process was very slow. I did not hear back for several weeks, so I though I didn't get the job. I finally heard back with a job offer and it still took several more weeks before I could start.
