IBM Data Engineer interview questions

It's has 2 steps in interview 1:- Technical round which is of 2 steps 2 round is mostly managerial round. 2 HR round :- HR ask mostly soft skill questions

They asked me to complete a coding assessment, which I passed, but then cancelled my application and didn't say why. Later, I applied for a similar role on a different location. After the initial screening, they sent me an email saying I had to clear the coding round but even after waiting for days I did not get the link for the assessment and had to contact them. They said they would use my previous score, but then cancelled my application again without explanation. 😑😑😑
