I had two phone interviews with the hiring manager. These were straight forward with a few questions about my interests, my qualifications and what type of software I'd be working with if hired.

Fair. Not so difficult, everyday questions. The people were friendly. I think it would be a good place to work. I can't compare it with other interviews since this is the first one I got
