My previous company only transferred us from my company to IBM. There is no interview process for us. We became directly payrole of IBM and working for my previous company only.
Fair. Not so difficult, everyday questions. The people were friendly. I think it would be a good place to work. I can't compare it with other interviews since this is the first one I got
