I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at IBM (Pune)
Interview
I was interviewed at IBM India Pune office. I had worst experience of interview till now. They call you at some specific time and do not even bother your existence. No timeliness at all. After waiting for minimum 2 hrs, they gave me a test paper. Even after passing that test, they asked me to come on the other day just because I didn't have passport/adhar card. I was not allowed to get interviewed for 'technical round' because of this stupid reason! Next day when I went in ,they again kept me waiting for 3 hrs and I was not interviewed even after waiting for so long. The HR team was very very rude and full of attitude! The HR didn't even have resumes of the selected candidates! The technical panel , recruitment panel were not available and you call this as an interview drive! They don't even bother if somebody leaves because of this hopeless process. The interview process is very bogus behind their big name! Please do not treat any interviewee as if they are your slaves! They have other things to do as well apart from attending your hopeless interview. If you are not serious about recruitment, stop calling out people for interviews!
Mostly behavioral style questions across all rounds, with some technical deep dive into resume. Group style round with hiring managers and team all at once in the final round. Wasn't super difficult.
Fair. Not so difficult, everyday questions. The people were friendly. I think it would be a good place to work. I can't compare it with other interviews since this is the first one I got
