first it was a phone interview
then a video/skype interview
then they fly you out for a weekend and you are in a group and do a case study then another one on one interview

they asked us to do a case study in a group with people of all different job roles to see if you could perform your role
I received an email in order to complete an assessment. The assessment were behavioral questions and I had to send in an audio recording. It was one round, and I did recieve an email for more questions but no offer after that.

Interview
The process was fairly quick. They were looking for someone with previous strategy work experience. Positive process. Interviewed virtually in the US. First round was 2 45 minute interviews. Describe a time you solved a problem
Long but nice multiple stages. First interview then a presentation . It was interesting and eventful lots of great opportunities to meet people. Learned a lot from it. Practiced my presentation skills
