IBM Software Engineer(Internship) interview questions

Felt fairly standard. Timed code screen (on your own) followed by a later code challenge via phone. Several calls with current employees/recruiters both to help you understand if you would enjoy working with the company, as well as for them to see if you'd fit with them. Process felt very streamlined.

One day of interviews, very organized, questions were very team-specific and difficult to answer. No amount of prep would have helped me. The interviewers were nice and gave time to think and answer the whiteboard questions.
