IBM Software Developer - Internship interview questions

The first step in the process started with a online assessment. Once you complete it and wait a couple months I heard back for a panel interview. After the panel interview I had one more interview with my manager then was presented an offer.

The process was fast and easy. I had a 10-minute phone call with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the manager the next week, where we discussed the position and my experiences. The next day, I received a call with the offer.
