Interview
The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.

Interview
Three-part process. 1) Technical assessment - this was a timed test issued online which asked me to explain what I would do in scenarios they described that were relevant to the job. I used the job description to prepare and study for this portion of the test. I passed and was invited to stage 2) Behavioural Assessment (PI Behavioral Assessment - research on youtube before taking this test and take it seriously). I was then invited to 3) Interview - the questions were about the organization, my experience, and how best they suited the role and technical questions about the area of research I would be undertaking.

Interview
The 4 person panel made it feel very casual yet professional and asked experience based questions based on the role's requirements. They asked 2 questions per panel and allowed sufficient time for me to elaborate on specific points.
