Es waren zwei Mitarbeiter aus der HR Abteilung anwesend. Erst haben sich beide ausführlich vorgestellt, danach sollte ich die wichtigsten Punkte meines Werdegangs erläutern. Danach wurden gezielte Fragen zu Stationen im meinem Lebenslauf gestellt und nach meinen Vorlieben und Wünschen im Praktikum gefragt. Am Ende hatte ich Zeit, Fragen zu stellen.

I did 2 interviews. The 1st one was a telephone interview done by a trainee. Excellent. 2nd interview with the HR director. After the interview the trainee called me to communicate the result of the interview and gave me feedback. I missed the call. So I called back the HRD. She said nobody has called me instead of telling me directly that I had no passed the interview

Very informal. I was contacted by email to set up an interview. I interviewed for about an hour and a half with one person. We went over my resume and my experiences within the profession. They asked me what I knew about IKEA and explained the role.
