Phone with HR and in-person with a manager. Only two steps. Phone calls were less than 15 minutes long, and I spent around 45 minutes in person. It was all questions like: tell me about, how whod you do, what can be. how it was and so on.

It was an exclusive interview with people invited from two colleges. The number of applicants was over 25. We had basic introductions, a GD and an interview afterwards. My interviewers were polite though same was not the case for other people.
