IKEA Sales Associate interview questions

Phone screening, then In person interview, basic questions, then drug test and phone screening. Overall took two weeks from start to finish, but you have to get a drug test

Was a mix of one-on-one interview and group activities. The group activity shows how well you can work in a team whereas the one-on-one interview is a more personal conversation. They ask various questions like hobbies, what do you know about IKEA's values, your availability, where are you located etc
