I applied throught LinkedIn. Then I had a recruiter screen me and an interview (behav/technical) set up. The interview was average difficulty honestly. It wasn't too bad and the hiring managers were pretty nice. I liked that it was an online interview.

Question 1
“Can you describe a challenging situation you faced at work and explain how you handled it?” This question helped them understand my problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and how I perform under pressure in a professional environment.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at ITT (Fort Wayne, IN) in Jun 2022
Interview
2 person panel interview.
As many interviews begin they inquire about my background where I remained tense and focused. As the process moved on, I realized that I was overqualified but the position was a good fit for me and my transition from the military into a corporation that is a government contractor. My military promotion boards had prepared me to the point where the senior Field Service Engineer and I were nearly having mandatory dialog regarding the hiring board questions and how they could rewrite them for future clarity on the corporation side as well as the applicants response to ensure that they both come to a meeting of the mind.
