Imperial Brands interview questions

Had a short phone screening with HR, super nice and helpful and gave advice for preparing for the next stage. Next stage is interview with HR and managers in the area, so around 2-3 people. Interview lasted ~45 minute interview of lots of behavioural questions, so have some examples in mind. Motivation questions, scenario-based, strengths and weaknesses - seems like they were asking a lot of questions. In the section where I can ask questions, they ended up asking me some more questions haha. so yea be prepared for lots of questions. Corporate vibes.

The interview was really positive. I had a 2 stages with two different managers. I was asked about my previous experience. During this interview I had also a chance to ask a questions about the company and the way of working.
