I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Indeed in Oct 2018
Interview
In my experience Indeed seems to push heavily on employees to recruit and use them as a referral. I'm a member of a local job group and an Indeed employee posted about using them as a referral but this person did not follow up so I ended up waiting several days to the point where I just ended up putting the resume in myself.
I get the phone screen email to schedule an interview through some booking site. Well my original time gets pushed back and I don't find this out until several days after the change occurred. I looked to the booking site to see if I can get in sooner. I get the call and the person doing the screening isn't even in Austin, she is based in Connecticut but that's a different story. She says that she is going to speak to the hiring manager for my area to get an in-person interview but then waits a day to say that it isn't going to happen at all. If you didn't want to move forward just tell me.

You shouldn't ask how much the salary is. They'll tell you the approximate salary at the end of the phone screening if they think you are good.
Since I told them I already got some offers from the other companies, they finished all of the Interviews with 1 week. That was really helpful.

Question 1
What was the most challenging situation in your current company
It was a great review process. Everyone I met with was nice and willing to answer questions. I had a few rounds of interviews with recruiters and hiring managers. It was a quick process in just a couple of weeks.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed in Jul 2025
Interview
I applied online after seeing the opening on LinkedIn and was shortly after contacted for a screen by an internal recruiter. I passed this screen and within a week or so was invited to a first interview, which was a 30-minute presentation followed by some questions with a manager in both Client Success, and the partnered Account Management team. All seemed to go well and I was told I would hear back from my recruiter. I heard nothing for a month, except the couple of times I reached out to my recruiter, who advised that they had heard nothing from the hiring managers, until over a month had lapsed. Then I received a generic rejection email with no feedback, which does not feel fair after my time and efforts.
