I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Jul 2021
Interview
Applied through an employee referral, a recruiter screening phone call followed a few days later. The following week I was invited for a Zoom interview (24 hours notice). This was a panel of two team managers from Client Success, interview lasted 45 minutes.
The interview had quite a casual feel to it, which was great as it made me quite relaxed and feel at ease. Initially they asked me what I know about Indeed and the Client Success Specialist role. If you put the research in and practise beforehand you shouldn’t have a problem with this (keep your answers brief and to the point). My advice would be to listen to their Culture Matters podcasts which feature Client Success teammates, it gave me a great insight into the ins and outs of the role and was very helpful in my preparations (collaboration with Sales is central to this role). They also asked me to talk through my experience and why I was interested in the Client Success role. They asked me a number of competency-based questions, which once you’ve done your interview prep and practice shouldn’t be too much of a challenge. The final 10-15 minutes were given for to me to ask questions. Make sure to have a number of questions prepared that demonstrates your interest in the role and in forging a career in Indeed.
At the end of the interview I was told that there would be no further rounds and that they would make a decision quite quickly. 3 working days later I was called to say that I will be contacted by the recruiter the next working day with some good news, and I got the offer the next working day at which point details such as start date and salary were discussed

You shouldn't ask how much the salary is. They'll tell you the approximate salary at the end of the phone screening if they think you are good.
Since I told them I already got some offers from the other companies, they finished all of the Interviews with 1 week. That was really helpful.

Question 1
What was the most challenging situation in your current company
It was a great review process. Everyone I met with was nice and willing to answer questions. I had a few rounds of interviews with recruiters and hiring managers. It was a quick process in just a couple of weeks.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed in Jul 2025
Interview
I applied online after seeing the opening on LinkedIn and was shortly after contacted for a screen by an internal recruiter. I passed this screen and within a week or so was invited to a first interview, which was a 30-minute presentation followed by some questions with a manager in both Client Success, and the partnered Account Management team. All seemed to go well and I was told I would hear back from my recruiter. I heard nothing for a month, except the couple of times I reached out to my recruiter, who advised that they had heard nothing from the hiring managers, until over a month had lapsed. Then I received a generic rejection email with no feedback, which does not feel fair after my time and efforts.
