The interview process at Indeed by far exceeded expectations and truly stood out as the best experience I’ve had throughout my career. From the initial outreach to the final conversations, every interaction was thoughtful, well-organized, and transparent. Each interviewer was prepared, engaged, and genuinely interested in both my experience and long-term goals. I especially appreciated the clear communication around timelines and expectations, which made the process feel respectful and collaborative rather than transactional.

Interview
The experience was quiet great and fast. First I spoke with a recruiter, who was honest and who reached out with another role. That role I didn't want to apply for as it didn't seem that challenging and the recruiter wanted to try his best getting me in the picture for that other position. Then I heared within a couple of weeks, the director wanted to talk to me. After that interview a small week later I have spoken with the same director and a Senior Director and acted out a role play with a case. A day after I heared I got the job. I really wanted to speak to some teammates and they arranged a panel interview for me a few days later. I felt respected, the people we're really nice, yet honest and got really good feedback. I knew really fast that this is a company I wanted to work for!!
