Indian Oil interview questions

I applied through GATE, gone through the whole process of in terview and gd. Interview wasgood, but gd was not upto mark. THE Panel had 7 persons mostly from HR and technical. They ask about myself, my internship and semester project.

It was a general interview with the Executive Director where basic questions about job preferences, achievements, 5 year Career Plans were asked. Some technical questions related to General Management and Indian Oil were asked. The answers needed to be substantiated with proper logical evidences and justifications
