Indian Oil interview questions

interview is based on thesis questions and basics. My field is chemistry, they asked basic chemsitry questions.

The shortlisting was done based on CGPA in the campus branchwise. After the shortlist, a panel interview consisting of senior HR and technical heads conducts the interview. thd duration of interview was 50 minutes. All sorts of technical questions are asked covering the entire basics. Basics are most important. Some HR question are also asked towards the end of the interview.
