Ich bewarb mich online, wurde von einem Personaler kontaktiert, direkt zu einem Gespräch vor Ort mit einer Frau aus der Personalabteilung und dem zuständigen Vorgesetzten eingeladen. Das Gespräch war Standard, einfach allgemeine Fragen zur Motivation und einige andere Fragen. Ich fragte nach 80K Gehalt, ich weiß nicht, ob das der Grund war, aber nach einigen Wochen erhielt ich eine Absage.

the HR will send you the invitation by email and please prepare material to introduce yourself . the function manager will ask the related experience. it's good opportunity to join infineon and can learn a lot if u want.
They were very accommodating and nice. The interview is quick. They walked you through the process and the details of application. They give update and such. HR is really nice.
The interview had an open and friendly atomoshere. The interviewers were nice. The process took quite a long time. The questions were direct and challenging. A high level of knowledge in the field and thinking outside of the box was necessary.
