Interview
First of all, a written examination is conducted to filter the applicants.
It consists of Quantitative Aptitude and General English.
The applicants clearing this phase, become eligible for interview.
It basically contains a HR interview, based on your resume, NO technical question is being asked.
For example, they might focus on any of your extra curricular activity or hobby and get into details of that.
So be prepared whatever you write in your resume.
95% of the candidates getting selected after written examination, also clear HR interview..!!

Interview
Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
The recruitment process started with an online assessment that included aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and programming questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were invited for a technical and HR interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and focused on Java fundamentals, projects mentioned in the resume, OOP concepts, certifications, and basic HR questions. The interviewers were friendly and gave sufficient time to answer.
