I had attended interview on 27th march,2021 and the recruitment was for mainframe developer. After the technical round my application status had changed to "review in process" . Then exactly after 10 days i got a call from hr management team and they had scheduled an phone interview for further recruitement process. I agreed on whatever time had been scheduled for interview. So as discussed the very next day i was waiting for the phone call but suprisingly those morons did not call me for interview. After few hours again hr called me and told that recruiter was busy. Can we reschedule it to some other days. I said ok. Again i was waiting and again he did not call. Now this time i called the hr and he did not picked up my phone. I thought i was rejected but till that time status was still showing "review in process". Now the next twist came to me after 7days. This time that hr had discussed salary and preferred location and But this time even after salary duscussion my status has been changed to "not selected"
