The interview process for a System Engineer role at Infosys typically begins with an online assessment covering aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic programming skills. Candidates who clear the test are shortlisted for a technical interview, where questions revolve around core computer science subjects like DBMS, Operating Systems, and simple coding or problem-solving tasks. This is usually followed by an HR interview that assesses the candidate’s communication skills, attitude, and overall fit for the company. The entire selection process is generally completed within one to two weeks.
