I had first round of interview in which they focused more on springboot and Java. Interview went really well but I couldn't find the feedback appropriate which I received. They rejected me saying the skills are good but the projects in my past experience does not align with their requirements for current project. I feel candidates should be selected based on their current knowledge. And if it's the real reason then how they proceed with resume where past project experience was already mentioned and why to waste someone's time by taking interview?

3 rounds. Technical round TCP udp , Microsoft AD, network basics , troubleshooting for windows and network device mostly about resume that you have shared. All about basic questions and priority base ticket resolution
