The interview was very straightforward, i applied to a chemical engineer graduate role on the website and received an email if I would be willing to relocate to New Mexico. From there an interview was scheduled very promptly over zoom. This was the only interview that took place.

The interview process was seamless and enjoyable. They covered a mix of technical and behavioral questions, creating a well-rounded experience. I asked a few questions about the location, the job description, and it was very well explained to me . The only cons were that they said that the salary was non-negotiable.
