Don't waste your time, they conduct the interviews for KPI purpose only, and they will ghost everyone after final round and the position will always go to internal employees. Very unprofessional.

Interview
Met three different people - one senior, one sales and one trader. Most conversations were pretty casual and the atmosphere was fairly relaxed. All in all, it took about one and a half hour. Good experience. The people seemed very nice and open, and took good time to explain their jobs and backgrounds.

Its a graduate program so very intensive competition but the questions are not that hard as an experienced level interview. Went through 2 rounds of interviews till superday. Overall the process is very smooth.
