had this campus interview with Jefferies FIG group, very standard interview process. Didn’t make it after the super day but appreciated the opportunities. The MD are mostly from UBS. BTW this is my experience in 2022
Meet HR, then various members of the team, a lot of corporate finance questions, one simple excel model where they test basic knowledge of statements, ability to use excel quickly, calculate returns and discuss output

Quick Turnaround - had multiple interviews within a week - Understand your resume and the industry/position you will be working in. Met with the entire team along with a few managers
