Fairly straight forward. just be outgoing during the symposium and you'll get the interviews.

I think it is more of a pre-screening than an interview. Mostly asked about behavioral questions. 25 minutes or so. There is no technical questions, either high level or leet code like.

walked through my resume, asked a few questions from it. Not a technical interview, but the interviewers were not from HR but from the actual technical team. Asked a question about the way to explain a technical stuff to a child, which really got me stuck.
